Welcome to Kemet Adventures<\/strong>.
By booking a tour, excursion, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.<\/p>\n

    All bookings are subject to availability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    A deposit or full payment<\/strong> may be required to confirm your reservation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Once we receive your booking request, you\u2019ll receive an email confirmation<\/strong> detailing your tour, payment amount, and due dates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    By confirming your booking, you accept all terms and conditions listed on this page.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \ud83d\udcb3 2. Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Payments can be made securely by credit card, PayPal, or email invoice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      All transactions are protected by SSL encryption<\/strong> and verified payment gateways.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prices are listed in USD or Egyptian Pounds (EGP)<\/strong> and include taxes unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      You are responsible for any bank transfer or transaction fees<\/strong> charged by your payment provider.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \ud83d\udd01 3. Cancellation by the Traveler<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      We understand that travel plans may change.
      If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (by email).<\/p>\n

      Cancellation fees apply as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        More than 14 days before the tour<\/strong>: Full refund (minus any non-refundable fees).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        7\u201314 days before the tour<\/strong>: 50% refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Less than 7 days before the tour<\/strong>: 25% refund or travel credit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        No-show<\/strong> on the tour day: No refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \ud83d\udcac Refunds will be processed within 7\u201310 business days.<\/em><\/p>\n

        \ud83c\udf0d 4. Cancellation or Changes by Kemet Adventures<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify<\/strong> a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, safety, government restrictions, or unforeseen events).
        If this happens:<\/p>\n

          We will offer an alternative tour<\/strong> of equal value, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Provide a full refund<\/strong> of any payments made.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          We are not responsible for additional costs (such as flights or accommodation booked independently).<\/p>\n

          \ud83e\uddf3 5. Travel Insurance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          All travelers are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance<\/strong> covering:<\/p>\n

            Kemet Adventures is not liable for injuries, medical expenses, or personal losses during your trip.<\/p>\n

              All transport used (vehicles, boats, trains) meets Egyptian safety standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Accommodation options are carefully selected and may vary depending on availability and travel dates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Room types, facilities, and amenities are subject to hotel or cruise management policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              \ud83d\udd75\ufe0f 7. Traveler Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                Travelers must provide accurate personal information<\/strong> when booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Please ensure you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents<\/strong> before departure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Respect local customs, cultural sites, and safety instructions from your guide.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Kemet Adventures reserves the right to refuse service<\/strong> to any traveler behaving in an unsafe, disrespectful, or illegal manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Kemet Adventures and its partners act only as agents for hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers.
                We are not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                  Delays, cancellations, or loss due to weather, strikes, political unrest, or natural disasters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Injury, illness, or loss of property beyond our control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  However, we always strive to assist and support travelers in case of emergencies.<\/p>\n

                  \ud83e\udded 9. Changes to Itineraries<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                    Itineraries may be adjusted for operational reasons or safety concerns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    Replacement activities or sites of equal value will be offered whenever possible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    During our tours, photos or videos may be taken by guides or photographers.
