Welcome to Kemet Adventures.
By booking a tour, excursion, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

🧾 1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

• Once we receive your booking request, you’ll receive an email confirmation detailing your tour, payment amount, and due dates.

• By confirming your booking, you accept all terms and conditions listed on this page.

💳 2. Payments

• Payments can be made securely by credit card, PayPal, or email invoice.

• All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and verified payment gateways.

• Prices are listed in USD or Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

• You are responsible for any bank transfer or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

🔁 3. Cancellation by the Traveler

We understand that travel plans may change.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (by email).

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund (minus any non-refundable fees).

• 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the tour: 25% refund or travel credit.

• No-show on the tour day: No refund.

💬 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🌍 4. Cancellation or Changes by Kemet Adventures

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, safety, government restrictions, or unforeseen events).
If this happens:

• We will offer an alternative tour of equal value, or

• Provide a full refund of any payments made.

We are not responsible for additional costs (such as flights or accommodation booked independently).

🧳 5. Travel Insurance

All travelers are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical emergencies

• Lost luggage

• Personal accident

Kemet Adventures is not liable for injuries, medical expenses, or personal losses during your trip.

🚐 6. Transportation & Accommodation

• All transport used (vehicles, boats, trains) meets Egyptian safety standards.

• Accommodation options are carefully selected and may vary depending on availability and travel dates.

• Room types, facilities, and amenities are subject to hotel or cruise management policies.

🕵️ 7. Traveler Responsibility

• Travelers must provide accurate personal information when booking.

• Please ensure you have valid passports, visas, and travel documents before departure.

• Respect local customs, cultural sites, and safety instructions from your guide.

• Kemet Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler behaving in an unsafe, disrespectful, or illegal manner.

🛡️ 8. Liability Disclaimer

Kemet Adventures and its partners act only as agents for hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers.
We are not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or loss due to weather, strikes, political unrest, or natural disasters.

• Injury, illness, or loss of property beyond our control.

However, we always strive to assist and support travelers in case of emergencies.

🧭 9. Changes to Itineraries

• Itineraries may be adjusted for operational reasons or safety concerns.

• We will always inform you of any major changes before or during your trip.

• Replacement activities or sites of equal value will be offered whenever possible.

📷 10. Photography & Media

During our tours, photos or videos may be taken by guides or photographers.
By joining our tours, you consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes by Kemet Adventures, unless you specifically request otherwise.
