  • You can book your tour directly through our website or by email.

  • A small deposit may be required to confirm your booking (depending on the tour type).

  • Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed booking confirmation and invoice by email.

  • Final payments are due before the start of your trip — as indicated in your confirmation email.

💡 We recommend booking early to secure your preferred travel dates and guides.

  • Reserve Now, Pay Later (no immediate payment required)

  • Pay via Email Invoice (secure online link)

  • Pay with PayPal

🔁 Cancellation Policy

We know that unexpected situations can happen.
If you need to cancel your tour, please inform us as soon as possible.

Our general cancellation terms:

  • More than 14 days before departure → Full refund (minus any non-refundable fees).

  • 7–14 days before departure → 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before departure → 25% refund or credit toward a future tour.

  • No-show on the day of the tour → No refund.

💵 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

  • All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your booking.

  • If you paid by PayPal or credit card, small transaction or bank fees may apply (set by your provider).

  • You can change your travel date or adjust your tour itinerary at least 7 days before the tour start date — subject to availability.
